 1. Bus Uncle I was just strolling to the bus stop because I didn't see any 184 or 75 arriving when I looked behind. BUT, as I was walking, 184 just drove past and I was like "ah, snap." THEN, it actually stopped, with the front door opened, and I'm like "Oh, I'm lucky." Just when I quickened by pace of walking, I realised that no one alighted. Instead, it was the bus uncle who smiled at me with familiarity and gave a little nod as a greeting. I WAS SO TOUCHED and I went up thanking him for stopping the bus. Like really, this is amazing customer service, I really felt like an honourary commuter. It wasn't like I always got on the bus every single day during that time, but the uncle just regconised me and was gracious and kind enough to stop so that I wouldn't miss the bus. It was one of the best bus rides ever :) Will write in to the SMRT soon! Details: TIB877U, on 7th Feb 2012 at 10.05am! 2. Similar story Spent the late afternoon at cityhall area with len couple hunting for our feature magazine, and met this lovely couple. We stopped them in their tracks and a short interview went a little deeper when len and I found out that they were actually on ldr and the girl's living in America, and dude in Singapore, and she was just back for 18 days to visit him and such. The last time they met was in March 2011. This warmed my heart so much it was just nice to know that there are other couples too-- for those who know. 3. Mdm Salina This lady who works at the SDAR office in NP has been doing so many rearrangements for my AMA briefing because on the first briefing I had another compulsory briefing and couldn't make it. She rearranged for another briefing, but I called her a day before to request for another switch if it was possible as I had another interview that meant quite a lot to me on the same day. 80% of myself was prepared to forsake my external interview as I knew it wasn't nice and was a hassle to do another interview reschedule with SDAR. But she said, "you know what dear, this interview kinda sounds like it means a lot to you, am I right?" And she told me she would do another reschedule so that I wouldn't miss my other interview (that went well btw!!!). And she has been calling me up to ask about my schedule and rearranging meeting times.. She called me about 3 times today and everytime she mentioned a date, I had to dig into my bag to check my planner, and she had to hold on the line for a while... She was just so patient and understanding and sweet all together, I'm just so thankful and so overwhelmed really. God has been blessing me with so many amazing people interactions from all over, it has been really pleasant and I'm really thankful. Not forgetting the dailies from Kez and Len and of course J (every single day)-- they keep me going really :3  so pretentious right I know hahaha but sigh my hair looks awesome :b night world x Note to self: S/P/Liat Towers 8th Feb 2012 |

I just want to especially remember this day, 3rd February, whereby so many things just went so well, and it was just good news after good news.. It was a very chilled and relaxed day too, and the weather right now is just perfect. Went to school early by hitching a ride from parents, got PR done earlier and didn't have to rush, IL is finally over, made it to esplanade and got the gig, met jiamin/ denise/ malcolm- a very wise and interesting guy whom I was going to work with in the near future for another gig, to end it all with a cherry on top -- a place for a great price. And then things got moving a little more for POSHISM.COM. tonight has been almost perfect really, thank you God for all His blessings! I'm going to head to bed because I have a crazy weekend! 4 words: Time Management is Key I need/ must grasp this! A video Joonas shared after he got his new camera, hehehe. Check out the crazy snow, it's just so cold there that the ice is just perfectly solidified. c'mon, that's pretty amazing.. hehehe.. so, abrupt end. trololololol |

So happy looking at the photos from our feature photoshoot, I really hope that we can produce a really kickass magazine :3 Such a warm fuzzy feeling from inside after the shoot when everyone left home feeling happy. Models were chirpy, everyone had fun, and sending texts of thanks and praises to each other lololololol so girlygrossicle to be typing this down. Sigh, must be the end of semester crappy manifestation of messed ip emotions.. Hur hur. This sem is finally going to be over and the break better be good. I really want a getaway and I'm pretty bent on getting this. So anyways, I spent the night sending videos with my lame voice to le designer due to inspiration drain. Random input: Was on a crowded bus last night and a lady from the neighbouring car looked over at me and gave me the 'oh it's you, I know you face' and attempted to get my attention to smile. I really, really can't remember who she is but she really looked familiar or at least 5% got convinced that I knew her. Either way I just waved back and smiled back and I could see the instant gratification from her face after that. Omg this sounds so obnoxious but I'm simply recounting the night's happening trololol ok Imma shut up. Spazz out!     |

So hi there because blogging via my iPhone is so much more convenient and I'm pretty zoned out right now, here's a meaningless blogpost that shows a really awkward photo of me that I really like.. It just looks so queer and freaky but I just like it, and also my room when my cupboards got trashed. It's at least 30% neater now- I promise. Or at least 'neater' according to my standards.. Hahaha crazy week ahead! D'oh!     |
